International Agreements: Dublin Accord​

INTRODUCTION

The Dublin Accord (DA) is an Agreement for substantial equivalence in the accreditation of tertiary qualifications in technician engineering, normally of two years duration. It commenced in 2002 and was signed in May 2002 and by the following Signatories:
Canada (CCPE)
Ireland (Engineers Ireland)
South Africa (ECSA)
United Kingdom (ECuk)

Provisional Mambers:

New Zealand (IPENZ)

United States of America (ABET)

The present Chair is provided by Ireland (Engineers Ireland), Mr Dennis McGrath, and the Secretariat provided by International Engineering Alliance.
